    I think the warping from the bottom doesn't look right. Since your background "cyan circle image" is a flat circle, you may want to warp your font downward rather than trying to warp it like 3d.

    Decent for it being your first time with PS.
    What are you trying to go for here? A modern flat look (2D), or detailed depth (3D)?

    The background is 2D, so the text should also be 2D and flat. But the effects on the text make it seem like it's popping out (mainly the bottom text) so the text effects are more fitting for 3D styles. If you want the bottom text to curve around the edge for 2D styling, the text should be the same size throughout.

    Also you should take a closer look at your color palette. The two blues next to each other don't exactly go well together, and you could use some darker colors.

    It's good for your first time with PS, these are just my opinions and I hope you take them into consideration.
